Our Process
Step 1
Enquiry submitted or referral received.
Step 2
Bloom will be in contact to gather more information to determine your assessment needs.
Step 3
Families will then be offered with the most appropriate model of assessment and fees.
Step 4
Upon acceptance, additional reports and consent is requested from families.
A refundable 50% deposit is required to secure the booking at this time.
Step 5
An assessment appointment is offered.
Step 6
Assessment commences and at minimum, the assessment will involve a parent/caregiver interview, a child session/ADOS, and collateral information collected (e.g.school feedback and or therapy reports) as well as a feedback session.
Step 7
A Comprehensive Report will be provided at the time of feedback.
Full payment is required prior to the feedback appointment.
